1. About Po10Alerts
Po10Alerts is an independent service that monitors publicly available athlete profiles on the Power of 10 website and notifies subscribers of changes by email. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Power of 10 or UK Athletics.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide, including the athlete profiles and notification email addresses you add.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed annually in advance through Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. We do not store your card details.
4. Referrals
Referral rewards are granted at our discretion in line with the referral programme rules and may be withdrawn in cases of abuse, fraud or chargeback.
5. Data accuracy
Information about athletes is sourced from the public Power of 10 website. We make no guarantee about the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of that data or of our alerts.
6. Service availability
Po10Alerts works by regularly retrieving publicly available information from the Power of 10 website, and the service can only operate for as long as we are able, and permitted, to do so. If Power of 10 changes its website, restricts or blocks automated access, or our ability to lawfully retrieve this data is otherwise withdrawn or restricted, we may need to suspend, limit or permanently discontinue all or part of the service — including for specific athletes, plans or features — without liability to you. Where reasonably practicable we will let subscribers know of any material change.
7. Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the service or to Power of 10's own site. We will post the updated terms on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use Po10Alerts after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
