Who we are
Po10Alerts is an independent alerting service. We are not affiliated with Power of 10 or UK Athletics. Athlete data is sourced from the public Power of 10 site.
What we collect
We store only what we need to run the service: your account email, the notification email and Power of 10 profile links you add, your subscription status, and referral information. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never seen or stored by us.
How we use your data
We use your data to send the alerts you ask for, to manage billing, and to operate the referral programme. We do not sell your personal data.
Third parties we use
We share the minimum data necessary with a small number of trusted service providers who help us run Po10Alerts: Stripe (payment processing — we never see or store your card details), Resend (sending alert and account emails), Convex (our database and backend hosting), and Vercel (website hosting). Each processes data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. We do not sell your data to anyone.
Cookies & analytics
We only use one non-essential tracking technology: Google Analytics, which helps us understand which pages are used. It is switched off by default — nothing loads until you accept it via the cookie banner shown on your first visit. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's cookies and local storage in your browser settings. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Athletes and minors
Some athletes may be minors. We only display information that is already public on the Power of 10 website. When you add an athlete you confirm you have a legitimate reason to follow them (for example as a parent, guardian or coach). If you believe an athlete should not be tracked, contact us and we will remove the data.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can access, correct or delete your data at any time. Deleting your account from the dashboard permanently removes your profile, athletes, subscription and referral records from our database.
